You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at trndzastore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
